Luxury Picnic & Party Booking Policy
When booking, we ask that you book two weeks prior to your preferred picnic/party date. This gives us plenty of time to plan and make arrangements with our vendors. If less than two weeks, there will be a $25 rush fee.
Payment Policy
Picnics/parties $450 or less, are to be paid in full the day of booking.
Any picnic/party costing more than $450, has the option to pay half of the total amount at booking, and the remaining balance 72 hours prior to the scheduled picnic date.
If the remaining balance is not paid 72 hours prior to the scheduled date, then the booking will be terminated and the first half of the payment will not be refunded.
Payments will be made via Venmo. Cash not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
When it comes to cancelling a picnic/party, you have two options.
The first option is to reschedule. If you would like to reschedule your picnic/party, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled picnic/party date. There will be an additional $50 reschedule fee. If rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled picnic/party date, a $75 reschedule fee will be added. If rescheduled within 24 hours of booking your picnic/party, there will be no additional charges.
The second option, is to completely terminate the scheduled picnic/party. If cancelled within 24 hours of booking you will receive a complete refund with no additional fees. If cancelled after 24 hours of booking, up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled picnic/party, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount of your picnic/party. There will be no refunds for picnics/parties cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled picnic/party.
What about the Weather?
We understand that the weather here in upstate New York can be a little all over the place, so we have created a few options in the event of a weather issue on your special day.
Move your picnic/parties indoors. We do have an indoor space located in Gloversville, NY that we could move your picnic/party to, UPON AVAILABILITY. Or if you have one in mind, like your home or another space, we would be happy to set up indoors on your scheduled picnic/party date.
Reschedule your picnic/party. Just as it sounds, we will pick another date for you to enjoy your picnic at no additional charge.
Cancel your picnic. You can cancel the picnic but will only receive a 50% refund of the total amount for your picnic.
